West River Medical Billing is a full-service medical billing, medical coding, and provider credentialing company in the Black Hills of South Dakota. We also serve medical providers in North Dakota, Wyoming, Montana, and Nebraska.

Andrea Maestas is the owner of West River Medical billing. She lives in Rapid City, SD, and is an Air Force veteran. Andrea is a Certified Medical Reimbursement Specialist. She was the business manager of Black Hills Medical Billing before it was sold. She formed West River Medical Billing in January of 2018. With extensive knowledge in several specialties, West River Medical Billing can meet your billing, coding, and credentialing needs.
